Donatos Pizza Atlanta

Great pizza with sweet sauce. I got a pepperoni and beef pizza and Italian Parm wings. The food is delicious They been in business for years! Also I forgot to mention how extremely great customer care I received from the cashier and manager.

Hello Drew (fellow champion of 2025) Let me just start by saying “ you have an eye for greatness “! Brandon is an awesome choice in management. He goes above and beyond. My wife has driven 1 1//2 a total of 3x and I thought she was exaggerating about the service she received. Although, our pizzas turn out amazing I just thought she’s giving too much credit. Championship day and she told me to order at the store and go early and let me just say “ BRANDON” is awesome! My best wishes to your continual growth in your business. Maybe you will consider Locust Grove/McDonough area for your next store. So we don’t have to drive so far.

Probably one of the best tasting pizzas in the city if we're being honest. While not comparable to your authentic Italian, this might be the best American version. Ingredients taste fresh every time, the square cuts are genius and the menu is uniquely filled with delicious creative options. Not much of a sit in type ordeal but can give you a small sitting place

The manager Brandon runs a tight ship and it shows. He is truly amazing!!!!!!! And it shows through his customer service , the friendly atmosphere at the store , and the food is ALWAYS 100 %. Please start making the cauliflower crusted pizza in a large I NEEEEDS IT

O-H I recently visited this Donatos location and I drove a hour and half just to taste the pizza at this ATL spot. I must say my expectations was pretty high. This crew is amazing! Brandon took my order and he is definitely a pro. He was delightful, professional and friendly and fast. I think if you keep employing people like Brandon you will probably hit over a million in sales and surpass that number every year. Thank you Brandon. Return Customer

Donato’s use to be in Atlanta many years ago, but they all closed and left. I recently went to Ohio for a trip and found out that they are alive and well in Ohio. I decided to find locations and I was super excited to find out there were several in Atlanta. I went to the Toco Hills location. This location is mainly focused on take-out and delivery, and has some tables for dine-in. The pizzas are amazing and the dough was the star of the show! It was amazing. The toppings were generous and fresh. Service was amazing. The pizza came out looking like the menu. It is well worth it!

Wonderful experience. I drove over an hour to get there, and a little bit longer on the way home. She asked me to please hold off on putting the dressing on the Three big don Italian subs. Also made sure that I needed . Plate,nap,parm. Also was so very much putting herself in my position as I said loosely that I am calling in an order on the way to the restaurant and she asked me twice before I could understand reason she asked me what time gps said and she said I will have to be placed in the pickup window five minutes after my arrival time. Gps was a bit slower but when I walked in the door for my first time ever at this location and she smiled at my with a very warm welcome. She turns to the register and spins around without a thought and said wait you are boo and your order was.... Exactly what I asked for special instructions met to perfection..... I drove from Canton GA. BTW... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was great to be treated like I was little brother of a wonderful business loving young lady..... Sis took care of all my needs. Thank you again so refreshing that young lady could honestly that could possibly happen inside of the restaurant. The welcome feeling was very much like a big hug from family.. thank you if she ever had the opportunity to open and run a franchise of her own my money would be on her hands down. PS I came from eating at the original donatos in Columbus Ohio.. also the product is exactly as I remembered. Thank you again for not taking any shortcuts . I was in the store at2:17 pm
